A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required at booking to secure your dog’s dates.

The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the stay. The remaining 50% balance is due at drop-off unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

• More than 7 days before check-in: the booking deposit is fully refundable.
• Within 7 days of check-in: the 50% booking deposit is nonrefundable.
• No-show: the full reservation amount is due.

For clarity, exactly seven days before check-in falls within the nonrefundable cancellation window.

All overnight boarding reservations require a minimum two-night stay.

Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided before boarding.

Dogs must arrive clean and free from fleas, ticks, and parasites. An additional grooming charge may apply when necessary.

Owners provide their dog’s regular food, clearly portioned or accompanied by feeding instructions. Special dietary needs should be communicated in advance.

Standard drop-off and pick-up hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All arrival and departure times must be arranged and confirmed before the reservation.

Drop-offs requested before 9:00 AM or pick-ups requested after 7:00 PM are subject to a $15 off-hours convenience fee and must be arranged in advance. Off-hours arrangements are subject to availability.

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment for all furry guests, dogs are expected to arrive reasonably clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, or strong odors.

If a dog arrives excessively dirty or requires bathing due to unsanitary conditions, a bath will be required and the applicable bathing fee will be added to the pet parent’s final invoice. Whenever possible, the pet parent will be notified before the bath is performed.

Additional charges may apply for larger dogs, heavy coats, or extensive bathing needs. These charges will be communicated beforehand.

Owners must provide current veterinary information and emergency contact details. In the event of an emergency, Rae’s Haven will attempt to contact the owner promptly and seek appropriate veterinary care. Veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

All dogs require a meet and greet before boarding. Care is accepted based on the dog’s individual temperament, needs, and safety considerations. Solo boarding options may be available for dogs requiring additional accommodations.

Rush bookings are subject to availability and approval.

• More than 24 hours, up to 72 hours before drop-off: $25
• 24 hours or less before drop-off: $35

A request made exactly 24 hours before drop-off falls into the $35 category.
